How to Reach Revdanda, Alibaug

How to Reach

By Rail

The nearest railway station from the Revdanda beach campsite is Roha, which is just 40 kms away. From Roha, you can use state transport to reach the Revdanda beach. Though this is not the most preferred route, it is available for someone preferring the rail route.

By Air

Revdanda beach is a part of Alibaug and the nearest airport from Alibaug is Mumbai airport which is 115 kms away. From the airport, there are several options by road to reach here. You can even use a ferry to reach the beach from Mumbai.

By Road

Route to Alibaug via Pen city in Raigad district is stunningly beautiful. However, this roadway is not in good condition during monsoon. If you are coming from Pune, you can come through the Tamhini-Kolad route. If you are coming from Mumbai, you will use the Khopoli-Pen route. There are plenty of state transport options available.

By Ferry

This is the most picturesque option chosen by Mumbaikars to reach Alibaug. The ferries are not available in monsoon for obvious reasons, otherwise, you can easily take a ferry from the Gateway of India, Mumbai to Mandwa Jetty and from Mandwa Jetty to Alibaug in a bus. From Alibaug bus stop, you can reach Revdanda beach in big rickshaws, which is the local transport there.
